This law firm represents MedCom USA Incorporated in involuntary bankruptcy proceedings filed by certain Petitioning Creditors against MedCom on April 21, 2009, case no. 2-09-bk-08104-RJH. At a hearing in bankruptcy court this morning, Judge Haines granted the joint motion of MedCom and the Petitioning Creditors to dismiss the involuntary bankruptcy petition against MedCom. A formal order should be entered shortly.
