SAN BRUNO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 10, 1995--Atkinson (NASDAQ/NMS:ATKN) today announced that it has formed a jointly-owned company -- International Water Solutions Corporation (IWS) and acquired an interest in a family of proprietary technologies called "Microsep."

These technologies are used to separate solids from liquids for various commercial and industrial applications. IWS is jointly owned by Atkinson and International Water Technology Inc.
