Your Hemiwedge DD was the best possibility I've seen posted here so far. As for BHWF continuing to be a real estate fixer-upper contractor --- I don't think thats going to happen. That requires: hands-on managers, employees' , money and most of all "time"...waiting for the market to come back --- BHWF doesn't have 'any' of these things. Especially "Time"; Frank Marshik is 82 years old and lives in a retirement community ...'time' is something he just doesn't have much of.
Knowing this; logic would dictate that if he wants to 'start-up from scratch' again , he'll need to be part of an already established 'turn-key' enterprise of some sort ... something like Hemiwedge for example.
