Maybe because they won't fill some orders;

I.E. Mine at ask of 500,000--adjusted up to ask again, 10 minutes, no fill.

So, in my opinion since my request was close to 1/2 the volume of the day, they want to sit on it hoping the pps will drop below my offer, then they quickly fill it.

Not going to happen, I cancelled the order.
