It seems LASV filed a request with SEC a several weeks ago to do a 1/5 reverse split, but claim they didn't know SEC had approved it and have posted it on the ....

This was a surprise to everyone , but it may be their thinking it will attract
European buyers if it is priced around $2.00 or so.
I have not found that a reverse split helped the shareholders , but time will tell.
I for one am disappointed that the company did not give us a warning.
