Why are there trades at .166 when it is obvious that the shares could have been traded at .17? Looking at the number of shares, doesn't it seem kinda expensive for manipulation? I would have thought a few shares would be manipulation, but here I see 87,474 and 16,512 at .166. Is this just someone being stupid or what?
