** LGAL Video Chart 7/27/09 ** By Clay Trader

LGAL is what I like to call a 'silent assassin', meaning there isn't a lot of hype/hoopla about it out there, BUT, it quietly continues to move upwards and make people's wallets thicker... broke above $.01 today which was a bullish sign!
