There is no reason to wait on Amex now:

Imho, the paperwork for the move to Amex will be filed the minute it is ready. Dont be surprised to see it filed at any time, including tomorrow.

Also, the deal to buy another company is done imho. How do I know?

Because if they were still in negotiations they would never even have brought the subject up.

The rumors of a solar company acquisition seem far fetched.

More than likely its a battery distributer that they are already doing business with and probably a beauty. Why?

Think about it. The targeted company gets acquired and gets swept right onto the Amex without doing a damn thing. The folks running the company stay in place for the most part.

One day these guys are bosses of a private China company. The next day they are execs of an Amex listed company. A monster step up in china business circles. Thats why i think the deal will be wildly in favor of CMTP on its face.

The cost of acquisition for a private China company is a hell of a lot cheaper than buying an Amex listed China company yet that is exactly what CMTP is about to do. Buy it at a private company price and then carry it on the books when they move to Amex. Brilliant.
