"We have continued to show growth selling our products in Philippines. I can only say we are exceeding surprised at the success we are getting. In this respect I have decided to proceed with listing the company in NASDAQ. In the coming weeks I will engage an auditor to audit our books for the years 2007, 2008 and 2009. At the same time I will instruct our SEC attorney to prepare to file the Statement of Registration with the SEC. I hope by the end of the year we should have everything ready. We intend to proceed to listing through the issue of an IPO.

I will need to stop making updates with immediate effect as I need to comply with the rules and regulation regarding dissemination of information to stock holders.
