I can't believe that the insider sales topic was posted over without significant reply from this board!
To have the yahoo board manipulated is one thing, but I thought this moderated board was better!

What do you and your cohorts fear about my post that you responded so quickly and then tried to bury it behind several posts.
What's worth 50c is the patent. Which will survive the company going bankrupt and be used as an asset in the bankruptcy sale.
No matter how much you bash you will have to pay at least 30 mil for the patent.
Why? because look at how many companies came out with daylight harvesting ballasts after Axis. Also, notice how many companies are starting to come out with addressable ballasts just like Axis did.(GE to name just one) The only problem is that none of these competing products have a photosensor attached to the ballast as it is protected by Axis' patent. Reduced retrofit installation costs and having a seemless integration of the ballast and the photosensor adding to efficiency of operation becomes more and more valuable as the market for this type of product increases. The higher the gross number of ballasts installed the higher the retrofit savings.
There is more than one way to skin a cat as the saying goes. If the bashers win on the capital squeeze battle, then put yourself up for sale and go to the highest bidder. Don't even do it in secret. Make a press release announcing it!!!!!Fight back-get a spine!!!!!
The stock will triple or quadruple just on the announcement that Axis is up for sale!!!!!
This will rock them back on their heals. Take the fight to them as the best defense is a good offense.

Sorry, but you won't be getting 4$ per share for this company and net yourselves 80 million each!!!!
If you announce that the company is up for sale you will get an immediate bump and still may be able to get 1-2$ a share in the end. Ten to twenty million should be enough for almost anybody. The longer you wait, the less you will get.
