If this is the holy grail, WHY IS IT STRUGGLING TO STAY ABOVE $.80??????????????????????????????????

i'm having trouble understanding why the 'answer' to cancer and viruses isn't being revealed to the world if all of the greatest medical minds in research are so sold on it...
