More people than you could possibly believe will buy a penny stock when they receive an unsolicited e-mail spam or read a post on a message board.
Then they join Ihub or another message board to pump the crap out of the POS so they can hopefully make money.
What they don't understand is that the front loaders drove the price up and are dumping into the pump and then the new buyers unknowingly are suckers that are buying and losing as soon as they buy the garbage. The IRPs provide "market awareness" so they can bring in more idiots/sheep that the front loaders can shear.
How do I know?
Because I was once a sucker and a loser. More than once.
I learned my lesson but it seems there is an endless supply of sheep standing in line waiting to get sheared.
Trade penny stocks as a gamble, like playing poker, but never consider them to be an investment.
