CORRECTION: Outcast Communications , pls. be advised......
To avoid a repeat of the confusion between the "two" Terminus's , I'm double-checking all my facts .... including my mentions of Outcast Communications. You might remember my mentioning this earlier in a couple of posts. Blackhawk's website shows: Greg Brandt (ph.# 858 509-9900) as being the PR contact w/ [e-mail] being the contact e-mail address. From there ; I Googled 'Outcast Communictions' for DD and came up w/ http://www.outcastpr.com/contact.html a hi-profile PR firm from San Francisco.

Upon further investigation , I've come to the conclusion that there is a very good chance that Outcast Communications Inc. (of San Francisco) is "not" the PR firm for BHWF. I suspect it is actually: http://www.outcastmarketing.com/index.php/contact_us (**notice the contact name & ph.#) & their affiliate: http://www.outcasttrader.com/
Understand this , I'm not accusing BHWF or their PR firm of anything wrong ... its quite likely that BHWF isn't even aware of this and for his part , Greg Brandt may have entered the confusing e-mail address (IR@outcastcommunications) as in to: "communicate w/ outcast" (it may just be a matter of semantics) ... still , the fact that there is an (apparently) unrelated firm that also does PR work , that goes by that name ... gives cause for clarification.
I started to send an e-mail inquiry w/ further details to the IR@outcast...... address , but thought better of it because I've already inadvertently pushed my luck w/ Blackhawk a little too far (there lawyer was getting a little PO"d at me).
If someone here doesn't mind , you're free to e-mail them yourself for clarifiction. I've composed the following e-mail for this purpose ... feel free to copy and paste that section of this.

As you likely know , Outcast Communications Inc. is a high profile PR firm based in San Francisco w/ another office in New York ... see; http://www.outcastpr.com/contact.html
My inquiry consists of the following:
**Are you in-fact , affiliated w/ Outcast Communications Inc. of San Francisco (as is the impression given on Blackhawk's website) ?
**There is no mention of a Greg Brandt or a Del Mar office on the Outcast Communications Inc. website ...see; http://www.outcastpr.com/about.html & http://www.outcastpr.com/contact.html
Which shows no links or mention of the following (presumably related affiliates ?).
**Outcast Marketing (w/ its link to Outcast Traders) which shows Greg Brandt listed as the 'contact' as well ... see; http://www.outcastmarketing.com/index.php/contact_us
There are no posted links to Outcast Communications and the client list appears quite different than Outcast Communications'.
**According to a post on iHub , an e-mail was sent to this e-mail address (Outacst Communications) and a response (presumably from Greg Brandt ?) apparently came back to another investors inquiry , with the name Outcast Traders attached ... see; http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=39891819

**Please clarify the association w/ Outcast Communications Inc. , if any. If there is no affiliation , I'd suggest you make that clear on the Blackhawk Fund website to avoid any confusion or suggestion of impropriety.
