I haven't a clue, as to how you could possibly conclude it was Neom whom decided to Amend the SPA. Neom amends it and the result is YA has "at its option" the decision to fund the second $550k ! OK!

The wishful thinking. Is that you somehow interpret Neom as having turned down the 4 million dollars - As to imply they didn't need it. As if to further imply, Neom had revenues to replace it. Of which we know Neom doesn't. Evidenced by subsequent funding (after BK scare) that is.

We can agree to disagree on this one and further agree Neom needs to produce! Fair enough?
