Good post - I have spoken to him twice in the last ten days as well and posted the information in here. I agree with what you are posting and look forward to reaching higher ground. It looks like we are already on the path based on Friday's action.

I take it from that, that Friday's meeting was positive and there is a simple paperwork exchange that will take place from here before we hear DEFINITIVE acquisition news.
