I agree, however it would be good to clear that section of the 8-k up so we can move on to bigger and better things. Its not a basher question, so try not to take it personally. I just wanna know what Section 2.03 of the 8-k from June 3 and the ammendment from July 9 actually means. I'm not looking to take the stock down. Just wanna know the truth. I agree a RS would most likely have been stated if it was going to happen. I will do some calling DD tommorrow starting with the company and the TA. Hopefully we can resolve this question.
