imiloa, thanks for the feedback. i've got some of this already in my list (at the moment i have 25 questons and am shortlisting them all to 10), but structured a littel different, lets see if the first 2 are ok:

1) Operational overview, including:
-product lines
-production figures (now) and future expansion (sonsidering the additional production facility)
-number of employees and contracted employees
-r&d effort (not interested in the hogs, but the r&d that its supposed to be for), including the environmental remediation information
-regulatory compliance (osha, epa....)
-risk management efforts

2) All partnerships overview (past present and future). I dont expect a lot out of this, but want to make sure the sh's are informed about who eeso is doing business with. i'm particularly interested in the proposed buyout and the number of shares the buyer (s) may have bought. i want to see if this is one of the true reasons the a/s was increased.
