i think thats a given. they need capital and the shares are the best source. i dont have a problem with this IF they're using it for increased business/production/reducing operating costs....all that. then it's an investment WE can rely on. if not, and they're using it to pay bills.....major problem and its then inevitable...the company dies. with the condition of the stock, if they do start dumping, this will drive the stock price so low it may never recover and with a lack of credibility, no investor confidence, the word gets out, newbee wont be lining up either.

the positives are 1) the company's still in debate over selling out; 2) based on whats been said, the company's still in a growth pattern (ok with that); 3) as stated before, if wow's in trouble, i see this as opportunity for eeso. major plus's here.

on my way tonight to cincinnati and will be calling the company while there to try and meet with jared and/or murphy. if any questions (and i will only take constructive ones), please send them to me personally here. i'll organize them into one post and see if we all agree. make no mistake, i'm NOT supporting either the BASHERS or the PUMPERS, taking a fully objective and open minded veiw of the company in person. the deadline for this....lets see...make it tuesday AND i'll limit this to the reality check for top 10 (again, constructive, objective and productive).

from this trip, i'll genuinely decide whether or not i'm going to stick with this company, as i want the straight scoop AND see this operation for myself. being in the OSHA, EPA, USCG, NFPA and such type business, i'll know some of the direct questions to ask (including questions on operational documentation required by federal laws, such as PSM-Process Safety Management, that'll be open to the public under "Community Right to Know").

consider this the rest of my dd for this company, plus i'm taking my camera. my faithful and lovely assistant, aka, my wonderful wife of 15 years will be with me. she's sharp as a tack and isn't affraid to ask hard questoins either...and is as tough as they come when it boils down to our money!

last point. i'm not going there to "represent" anyone but myself! even though i'm opening the door for other's questions, i have a list of my own to start, but will listen (objecgtively) to other's points of view AND will give constructive and honest feedback. what you do with it, is completely up to you (positively or negatively).

anyway, it'll be a productive trip. i hope to call tomorrow afternoon and meet later in the week with these guys.

chat soon and look for your (productive) questions.
