I actually wouldnt doubt it, you know about the conspiracies that surround financial markets.

ALSO, we also know how retarded government officials. It could very easily be a typo or a manipulation in their computer to show that the A/S is aparently 2.5 billion as opposed to 2.05 billion.

Also, the government employ could be so stupid, that they would actually read 2.05 billion and say, "TWO POINT FIVE BILLION"
