I spoke with someone yesterday who knows EIs T/A and has done business with them over the years. He said the T/A would be ungagged and open after an uplist. That it would come out during this phase. Could be mistaken but I'd say if thats true then in the next several days or so we should have an ungagging ceremony, all though I don't think it's a formal event, we may have to discover it on our own and share the updated information.
