That's the way I read it. There was absolutely nothing in the hawk literature to shareholders/investors about any of the hemi holdings, so it would be a violation for them to put money in a non-disclosed location. I'd bet KA is trying to piggyback hawk like he did with Hillary, xto, and chk. With the rumors that are being started, it looks like he's ready to launch his next penny scam. Hemi is played out.
