Of course you are free to believe whomever you like with respect to the number of authorized shares, but absent a new filing at the Idaho Secretary of State website, I think a prudent investor would be wise to operate under an assumption the February 24, 2009 restatement of the articles of incorporation is the definitive source. Now, if the company should choose to publicly state a lower number, then I would be convinced. Information over the phone from some representative of the TA seems unreliable, at best.
