UNDERVALUED PENNY STOCKS

I am new to this site.
May I ask for recommendations on how to get started in these stocks? It's all a bit new to me.

1. Quantity guideline - number of shares one should purchase.
2. Money guideline - how much to risk?
3. How many stocks should one invest in at one time?
4. How does one know when to sell?

I read thru a lot of posts and these stocks seemed to jump out at me from the reading:
EXPH . . . ESSO . . . NSMG and . . . ANWM.

But does that mean I should get all four or concentrate on one?
