redfox, i've done some calculations here, and even if the preferreds were converted, and even if the OS ended up being 5B, we'd still be worth around .03.... so anyone who wants to take the basher bait about a r/s, go for it. i'll be sitting on the bid and loading huge. at any capital structure, revenues are revenues, and this company appears to have plenty of that. jmho.
