I have an AC buis. and my company does almost exclusively residential so I am not very knowledgable about the planning commision. I thoght since the Denami's come ready to be assembled,with specs, the main issue would be land and zoning.I'm sure you know more about this than me.I also find it peculiar if they are on any kind of a timeline that we can find nothing that shows they have initiated the process. LOL
