Spent last few hours scouring .gov websites for Williamsburg & Berkeley Counties in So.Carolina along w/ the S.C. state energy website for any mention of 'any' of Syndications connections or possible future affiliates (you know the list)....... nothing --- permits, deeds, planning commission hearings etc. .... not a word. The closest I found was a seperate bio-mass company planning a start-up bio-processor for waste fats & oils (from restaurants etc.) at the Berkeley Co. dump.
I'm a building contractor w/ a lot of knowledge on the permit process , and the documentation thereof ... and I'm finding it increasingly hard to believe that in this age of publicly accessible IT record-keeping , they can fly completely under the radar like this.
Prove me wrong .... please !
