Thx.4 input guys, a little smarter here now, but guess I'll have to get used to the idea that my dilusions of grandeur about having this rock solid stock finance my retirement were just dreams. With an R/S , my 1MM share count is down to 10 or 40KK and even if value parody is reached (& maintained) , I will have still lost my 1MM count "multiplier". Still better off than I was before but ............. what if !?!
