I'd like to elaborate on my statement to FG, that it might give the appearance of a conflict of interest. Using McBride and Assoc could ALSO be very beneficial. I say this for two reasons:
1) Who would look out for SEVU's best interest other than they?
2) WE DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY HAVE CHARGED SEVU as the total amount in the filings shows promotion AND advertising. I did not see a line item breakdown. Did I miss something Sailbad?? For all we know they may be giving SEVU a break on the fees.

If anyone would like to post this on RB in response to YITII's post # 21039 it would be perfectly alright with me, as a matter of fact, I encourage it!!!!!
