RPRX - You have claimed the latest revelation validates your earlier assertion that the hole in the July 7th PR was that the company never asserted that the 470 patients was all of the patients. And those missing patients were cherry picked to be the one with a high rate of liver tox. In fact the latest revalation does not in any way validate your earlier assertion since it appears to be correction of status of the SAME set of 9 patients (which come from the 470). The 'missing' patients (the ones who are still on treatment) are still not reported on. Maybe there is someone sick in that group. Maybe not - regardless it is odd to claim that your assertion was validated when it was clearly NOT.

Given the fact that the latest PR is a direct contradiction to the earlier one I wouldn't bet the missing data is harmless (my trust of the company is now one notch down).
