I don't know, OTC. Maybe I'm too optimistic but I'm not seeing the lack of operating capital as an insurmountable problem. It seems the best course of action would be for CONC to just license the technology at first. (I believe that's what they were going to do with the fictitious Hensheng Tongda company.)

If they were to do that, CONC could still (eventually) be looking at some considerable contracts (even with an extremely conservative licensing fee of 10 cents per meter.) And since someone else would be bearing the costs of production, those fees would be nearly pure profit.

Like I said, maybe I'm too optimistic but I think it could be done. Now, whether management can get it done is another question entirely.
