I emailed Charles once and he is sennding me all these latest updates.

That speaks well of him.

I sent him a few more questions and we do need to keep the pressure on him as to how soon it will be before our first Revenues from the sale of our concentrate will occur.

It is extremely important to get those Revenues recurring to cover daily Operating Expenses with out the need for further dilution.

His feedback on the PN legal issues are clearly all he is allowed to say. It does appear we have intention to defeat them and counterfile for damages ourselves.

I think PN has a lot riding on this and will be decimated if they lose.

Certainly a big gamble on their part.
