They need to ungag the TA and get a real audit done. Until then they are NOT to be trusted. There's some of that other stuff that needs to be 8-K'd, too, and even then I won't believe it, especially if it has a disclaimer on it. Smarter not to believe anything they say, IMO.

A good bottom's hard to beat.
