Please keep in mind that his theory of what's going on can be backed up by verifiable evidence yours can not...

The best evidence you have given was an unrelated company. It might be prudent to start reading the 10q's as they will tell you what's really going on.. To continue to ignore 10q's and 10k's as you have stated you do, is a practice that has proven to hurt many penny investors.
