Firebag1, I'm w/ you on all that, the only things I can figure is that one or more of the following is holding it back --- ...1. Confirmation of Fastech's merger and name (& symbol) change later this month .... 2. no 10Q filing until 2 months from now ....&/or .... 3. high O/S (1BB+) and a disproportionately higher A/S (4.5BB).
I sent an e-mail to Fastech yesterday , suggesting they reduce their A/S by 2 or 3BB (probably never happen but ... what if).
