Yet 22 developed countries have longer life expectancy at birth and 25 have lower infant mortality rates. We also have among the highest death rates due to conditions that could be prevented by timely and effective health care.


Turtle, The above statement is sad considering our intelligence. I would have to assume that our personnel habits are the main cause for those results.
