Harr I dont have the Private Feature so I will answer from here.

1.GDSM shareholders dont know how we are going to get the Dividends yet: Cash or Shares of the New spinoff Company.
If we get the latter I guess that everybody will try to sell the spinoff shares inmediatedly.

2. The Company has not established yet a cutoff date for the dividends. My guess is that, the interim Ceo is enticing the market as a way to raise GDSM's PPS.

3. There are new developments going on beside the dividends that will increase dramatically the GDSM's PPS
like the 2 JVs with Western Sierra etc.

The GDSM's IHUB Board has interesting information but a DD is a must before investing in any Co as we all Know.
