Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, not true. One cannot publish material info about a publicly traded company that is repesented to come fom the management of that company and not be able to demonstrate - if and when legally required - that the info did in fact come from the management of that company.

Otherwise, we could start a blog, publish fake news about neom, say we got it from management and manipulate the market like nobody's business.

It's hard to fathom that Bena could be so naive as to believe her blog could become the primary venue through which Neomedia - a publicly traded company - disseminates its PR's, and not generate a tremendous amount interest (including comments and questions) from shareholders.

I hope Neomedia management has not promised her that her blog will be the exclusive venue through which they will initially issue PR's.
