I know this will be an unpopular post but isn't anyone concerned the common shares will be canceled after BK? Even if a new venture capitalist steps up and makes a deal with the creditors I don't see how the shares would remain intact especially considering the PIPE shares that would have to be converted, it would take a massive R/S just to get the OS back to a reasonable amount. Has anyone ever seen a company exit BK without canceling the common? Just my thoughts, I wish you all the best.
