Anyone feel free to answer this question? Was just doing some DD on LLEG and came across their pink sheet page. I noticed the "STOP, pink sheets no information symbol" which is given to companies that are not willing or able to provide disclosure to the public markets. Can anyone honestly give their opinion on how this benefits the company and why LLEG would not want to provide disclosure?
