Have to agree... Know that personally for years I've always preferred to take care of most/any business, payments, etc., especially the HOA, online when it is made easily available.

And definitely like catching up on, reading community news, happenings, so forth, online at my own leisure, anytime, night or day when I feel like it.

F-3 didn't invent this concept, but do believe that FTCH is making the right moves to capture more/larger segments of a growing, "when I feel like it because it's easy", market, you know what I mean?
