And you received all this "company" information from what reliable source? Let's weigh your info:

Your words in bold

"CLASSIC PUMP AND DUMP"
- I've been following this company for over 3 years and I don't think so. They've been able to generate substantial revenue...and seem in the middle of a major economic slowdown to be on the cusp of launching what should be a major revenue generating and hopefully profitable subsidiary.

"This company is on the balls of it's ass. Almost broke , laying off employees,"

Not sure you have your story straight here. On the recently launched website (way too long in coming) they mention a handful of employees that have been with the company for a number of years. Some have even received promotions...they now have a CFO for instance.

"can't get financing,"
Not so sure about this claim either. I know they have added some pretty big name board members (Reno Rolle for instance) who is investing what he believes will be a major product in DRG's future. Once DRG's Medico subsidiary gets it's billing number from Medicare I'd find it hard to believe that they couldn't find someone to finance their marketing efforts.

"competing with dozens of companies in same busines,"

Don't doubt this is true. What I don't know is whether these other companies are doing exactly what DRG is going to be doing. Focussing on the hispanic population...diabetes supplies....being a Medicare direct payee. Are they hoping to use their established relationships with customers to market a wider variety of products?

"reversed split, top money maker no longer being carried."

First claim is obviously true. My question is how many shares are presently outstanding....Did their promotion cause them a hundred thousand shares? A million shares? Hard to say. As Ms. Rice was formerly very frustrated with the low stock price before the reverse, I'd be hard pressed to believe that she would make the same bed she has to lay down in by issuing gazillions of shares. As she's a majority owner...she has the most to gain and lose with dilution. I doubt she really wants her 52% to become 5 or 10%. I've spoken with her in the the past (quite a while ago)....and she believes she's building a monster...even a billion dollar company market cap company. I'm sort of waiting in the wings....we'll have to see if she's able to pull it off. But at a minimum at this point I don't think she will do anything to jeapardize that possiblity for happening.

As for their not presently selling Procede, I think their last PR demonstrated that Riddex is now their best selling product. So far as I know they are still selling Riddex with what advertizing they can afford.

"What's there to like. Read the latest financials."

I don't know what is it called the American Dream. That some companies do succeed and those who have seen their potential early on can make a fortune. I'm not saying DRG has made it over all of it's hurdles...but it has made it over quite a few and who knows it just might make it over the remaining.

BTW, the latest S-8 filing is a concern to me...but having this in their arsonal beats some of the alternatives like bankruptcy that someone earlier was forecasting.

We should have 2nd Quarter financials on or about August 15. As I read the former filings, I will be curious to read this one as well.

Regards,

Randy
