It also brings in the EU, the almighty Euro and a cheap back door into Peregrine Technology - just buy Affitech.

It would have been cheaper yet being the one who licensed it in the first place. Why wait for someone else to license it then sublicense it from them at a mark up? Why buy Affitech when they could have been the licensee originally?
