I was wondering the same thing. RC was our O/S provider, but he doesn't hang around much anymore. Probably enjoying the sun while he can by that one river. Who knows if the transfer agent has the #'s. They may have been gagged, but I doubt it since the PR that came out cleared a few things up. What the PR didn't address that has us all hanging in the balance was the bank settlement. Even then at best it sounds like a break even situation...at least according to the PR.

The bigger question: How is the creditor meetings going? No bid...ask is .0002.
