True, usually followed by a fall though. History proves that especially with pinks. JD's response was that the R/S would be the only way outside of issuing more shares to "PAY" for the purchase of HOSS. He was not sure about doing an increase in OS due to the fee associated within Nevada to do so and perception amongst investors with an OS increase. So, he was leaning towards R/S for that reason. He also said that he felt that the PR news following an R/S would be sufficient enough to keep price moving up. But, truly, what else would he say to that.. Of course he would say the PR's would keep the price moving up. Even though he seemed genuine, professional and all the above, I have to remember I was talking to the Fox in the hen house. He should be putting out PR's now that have specifics to start to raise the PPS NOW! IMO
