I think most of the trading activity is being done by I-Hub posters, either flipping or buying just enough to maintain the green. Even green isn't happening very often, however. I don't think the street is doing much with Arti at all.

Is 410+ million O/S considered a small floater? Way too many shares outstanding in my opinion.
