WHo is buying? Smart people

Are these large, institution blocks? Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I believe institutional investors are not allowed to buy the pinkies.

Or are these buys by us little guys? Me thinks so.

And who is getting the word out there? Word of mouth from all of us telling our friends and family about the penny stock that could make them rich.

Has Cramer tooted our horn? No, when he does, I will treat that as a sell signal. Remember, he is the one that told people to buy stocks right as the Dow peaked at 14000.
