I am in total agreement with you! When I saw the SEC filing I just about fell off the chair! I just can't understand why this stock is not being run by the daytraders at least! They have all the verifiable information except the current share structure! Even fully diluted this stock has a 10X upside just in the shortrun! One PR from the company could make this thing go into pennies easily!! I am just amazed at the lack of interest in this company even though it has confirmable information of it being grossly undervalued!
