"we will see more shares issued by TA shortly" - the AS is maxed out, so they can't issue more shares.

I am sorry for being insulting earlier, but I have a bad temper that comes out extremely rarely (I am glad to say).

With a maxed out AS and no RS coming (unless he's lying), there must be more to this than meets the eye IMO.

We'll see.
