Ain't a big number? 100 Million when there are only 720 million OS or lower? We know that at least 300 of those 720 are RME so take those out of the float, Management just purchased 20 million from open market for them so take those out of the float as well. (for at least 6 months) Looks to me as if that 100 million is at minimum 25% of the float.
