It seems you haven't actually done any DD or you would know the answer to most of those questions. I would suggest following some of the links from the DD done here and get to know the company, it's speculative potential and mostly the people involved with SYNJ/Pinnacle/Sentinel and after careful consideration then decide whether you want to invest or not
